LOTS OF NEWS!--February 2010

Reece's Rainbow is now fully incorporated in CANADA! Please welcome Mary Ellen Keno as our Director of RR Canada, along with Shannon Stepanek, serving as the Family Coordinator! We are grateful for everything they have done behind the scenes since last summer to get RR Canada up and running! We are putting the finishing touches on this program to finally be able to provide full-service to Canadian families wishing to adopt any of our children, including Ukraine and Serbia.

As RR continues to grow, our mission expands beyond the orphan crisis abroad.

"Connecting the Rainbow" is our new birth family outreach project, serving those brave birth families who have chosen to keep their children and raise them at home. We are currently working with DSA's in Bulgaria and Ukraine. Shelley Bedford and Leah Spring head up this exciting new service project.

Even the youngest of children want to be supportive and helpful in some way to meet the needs of these orphans with Down syndrome who need families. "Change 4 A Chance" is now in it's planning stages as the official Youth Initiative for Reece's Rainbow. Stay tuned for more details and website updates.
